关于健康的工作方式
最近发现了一个很有趣的小软件, Time Out, 设置为 Open at Login 之后, 每隔 45 分钟就会提醒你休息 10 分钟. 很不错. 不过我不是很喜欢这个软件的一些设计细节, 所以就自己小小地修改了一下, 换了图标和一些字体的设计(kudos to Interface Builder), 你可以从下面这个链接下载我修改过的版本:

如果你用的是 Windows, 你可以试试 Workrave, 功能还要更强一些.
